Jubilee member receives 30th Deg

We were honoured this evening [16th May] to have our Inspector General, V Ill Bro David Mason 33 take the Chair to confer the 30th Degree on Bro Derek W Francis. Special authorisation had been given by Supreme Council for this to be done during a regular meeting of Jubilee Chapter as Derek was unfortunately unable to attend Duke Street.
